HOW GOLD STEALING WORKS
Gold stealing is a simple process at the moment.
Basically, if the attackers get 10% more exp than the defenders do, then the attackers
will steal 25% of the target's gold.
The only exception to this is when both sides generate 0 (ZERO) experience points
from the attack, and if the defender has more than 200 citizens then 25% is stolen and divided up.
The above change
was made because people wanted to raid people with no armies, but who were big enough to support an army. If you have
over 200 citizens but no military, you should have some sort of army.
Also after the attacking is done the gold
is divided among the empire. The person who led the attack always gets at least 30% of the gold stolen, he/she can get more
but they always start out with 30% because they had led the attack in the first place. The rest is divided depending on the
amunt of soldiers provided etc.
Another addition to the no-attacking-under-200-population rule is that if a kingdom
has less than 200 population, no army, and 5000 or more gold, players can attack and raid them.
